How do I request a tow?

How much does it cost?
It depends on the vehicle, the distance and the situation. We'll quote you a price and an ETA when you call, before we send a truck.
Do I need a membership?
No. Anyone can call us directly.
How can I pay?
Cash, card or Zelle. Checks are accepted for established business accounts only.
What should I have ready when I call?
Your location (an address, cross streets, or the freeway, direction and nearest exit), your vehicle's year, make and model, whether it rolls and steers, and where you want it taken.
Where can you take my vehicle?
Wherever you choose: a repair shop, a body shop, a dealership or your home.
Insurance & motor clubs
Do you work with my insurance?
We serve GEICO, Tesla, AAA and most insurance and roadside programs in Orange County. Request service through your provider, and we may be the company dispatched.
Can I call you directly and get reimbursed?
Yes. Keep your receipt and check your policy for its reimbursement rules.

Can I visit your office?

Do you store vehicles?
No. Our Garden Grove office isn't a storage yard. We deliver vehicles straight to the destination you choose.

Do you set up towing accounts for businesses?
Yes. We work with rental companies, dealerships, fleets and other businesses.
