What we collect

When you call us or request a tow, we collect what we need to help you: your name, phone number, location, vehicle details and destination. Online tow requests go through our dispatch provider, Towbook, which handles the information under its own privacy policy.

This website doesn't use advertising trackers and doesn't ask you to create an account. Our hosting provider may keep standard server logs, such as IP addresses and the pages requested, for security and reliability.

How we use it

We use your information to dispatch service, contact you about your call, bill for service and keep business records. If your insurer or motor club sent us, we share service details with them as needed to complete the job.

What we don't do

We don't sell your personal information.

Your choices

California residents may ask what personal information we hold about them and ask us to delete it, subject to legal record-keeping requirements. Call (714) 590-9131 or email armstrongtowingsvc@yahoo.com.
